Just in time for the festive season I find Laura Barrett's eerily beautiful 'Robot Ponies' has an eerily beautiful video, making the most of old microfilm editions of Pravda. It's a great song, and the imagery really suits it.
Ms. Barrett has also just released her second EP Ursula on Ta Da! Records, and you can find out more about it here. I'm not entirely sure how to buy it if you're not in Toronto, but I'm sure all will be made clear.
