Laura Barrett - Robot Ponies - I've recommended this many times, due to it being all sorts of night-time brilliance - listen now if you've yet to.
Stephanie Dosen - Vinalhaven Harbour
Fanfarlo - Fire Escape - Another favourite of mine (and David Bowie's, incidentally) this sweet song was one of my most-loved of last year.
Jens Lekman - Opposite of Hallelujah
Torngat - You Could Be - a beautiful track from a big beautiful cave of an album.
O'Death - Down to Rest
The Subjects - Hounds of War - heck, I forgot how great this song was.

There's lots of great Irish bands playing (go see Cathy Davey, seriously) but for some reason they haven't posted any mp3s. But I'm sure it's enough that I tell you they're great.
