Son Lux - Break

I listened to this song last week, after hearing Shara Worden's recommendations, and since then it's been turning up in my mind regularly, sidetracking conversations with its beats and its sadness and taking my head away to whatever kaleidoscopic world spinning music like this comes from. And it's so good, I really don't mind. It's got the kind of beat that makes me think of Dosh's music, but a lyrical mournfulness that brings to mind both Eels and Sufjan Stevens. Even better, it's got a video that matches up to this organised insanity quite perfectly. Beautiful.
